MGLM group is counted among the finest & oldest developers & colonizers. He started the business of real estate in the year 1975 and developed numerous colonies at Sikar Road, Tonk Road, Tilak Nagar, hanuman vatika -1, Chitrakoot, Ajmer Road, NH. 8, Jaisinghpura, Bagru, Mansarovar, Chitrakoot etc.
In the year 1987 MGLM Group Incorporated a Society, “JAI AMBEY HOUSING SOCIETY LTD” and developed numerous residential schemes of say about 40 Residential colonies in various sites of Jaipur city and nearby areas. Amongst them most are JDA approved. Besides colonization MGLM group is considered as the pioneer of introducing the new concept of farm house scheme to Rajasthan & public in the year 1992 with latest Club house facilities which Builders are introducing now a days and completed many projects named as Vrindavan Farms in Bagru Jaipur, Pali Road Jodhpur, Bari-Thur Road Udaipur, Pali, Jawai Road, Sumerpur, Mount Abu, Balaji Heights I & II, Balaji Villas, Mangalam Evergreen Farms at Jaisinghpura, Jaipur. He is one of the founder members of Builders association of Rajasthan.
