A Mortar Plant is an advanced automated manufacturing system designed to produce high-quality ready-to-use construction materials for modern building projects. The plant precisely blends cement, graded sand, polymers, fibers and performance-enhancing additives in controlled proportions to create consistent, reliable and Premium quality products.
The complete manufacturing process is fully systematic and technology-driven. Raw materials such as sand, cement and additives are first stored separately in dedicated silos and storage units. We use Proportionate a highly graded silica sand which is screened to maintain accurate particle size and moisture control. After that, all ingredients are automatically measured through computerized batching systems to ensure perfect mixing accuracy.
Once the materials are proportioned, where they are transferred into a high-efficiency mixer where a Proper uniform blend is prepared. The finished product is then packed into bags or transferred into silos for bulk supply to construction sites. At the application stage, the product only requires the addition of water, making the process simple, fast and highly efficient.
