Dry/Ready Mix Mortar

Dry Mix mortar is amongst the most versatile and innovative raw material used in modern construction. It is best in class for small repairs, crack healer, any kind of plaster, lay bricks and other masonry work even water proofing.

Now a days with emerging demands of construction industry for new building materials and technologies more and more dry mix mortar is conquering the market and replacing the traditional job site mixing of plaster by advanced technology which is widely used in India. It is produced in specially designed dry mix mortar plant in which binders and aggregate are mixed in the appropriate way and are transported to construction site into the bags or silos and need only be mixed with water prior to use.

Dry mix products provide excellent technical properties to meet the stringent performance requirements which are common in the current construction scenario. It is made of cement, sand, polymer - fibre base admixtures by mixing together proportionally.

One of the biggest advantages that wastage of raw material which is one of the major contents of dry mix can be avoided in order to sustain Indian construction industry which is facing problem of availability of sand.

The use of dry mix mortar products will be cost effective by reducing the potential construction problems with the long-term strength of structures with a simple materials approach.

It is widely used for repairs, plastering interior – exterior walls, crack filler, and small user end construction work.

    Surface to be rendered must be clean and free from all dust, loose materials grease oil etc.

    Wall Wetting

    Surface should be well wetted for few hours.

  • mix-preparation

    Add 6-7 liters of water in 40 kg of ready mix plaster.

  • leave-to-react
    Leave to react

    Leave the mix to react for 5-10 min and remix before use.

  • remixing
    remixing

    Machine or hand mixing should be done for 5-10 minutes

  • apply.
    apply on wall

    The thickness of first coat should not exceed more than 12mm -15mm in thickness. The lower coat should be thicker than upper coats.

Automatic Dry Mix Plant

  • Fully automatic dry mix plant mainly suitable for the capacity of more than 30 tons per hour. The automatic dry mix mortar plant has a simple design, small footprint, small investment, quick effect, continuous production, and high output. The double-shaft paddle mixer does not destroy the original state of the material, ensuring that the coefficient of the dry powder is not reduced due to the shape damage of the heat-insulating material, ensuring the quality of the product. Suitable for medium and small-scale manufacturers, equipped with an automatic packaging system, one-button control of all equipment.

  • Fully automatic dry mix plant consists of the storage bin, double shaft paddle mixer, bucket elevator, pre-mix hopper, additive hopper, end product hopper, packing machine, indoor bucket elevator, pulse dust collector, automatic batching machine, steel frame, etc. The storage bin is used to storage raw material, such as : cement, fly ash, sand and other, material.

  • As far as emerging area is concern for the entire project, it is more suitable for personnel or small investment company. It occupies small space. It is easy in operation.

  • There are 2-3 workers who can realize the daily production. It has high productivity that single batch can produce 1-2 tons; the daily output is as high as 25-30 tons.
